The
Commanding Structure of the Shinsengumi
The
Shinsengumi was still a new militia, thus the many
changes of structure and command. Click on a name
for a profile (a name is not linked I'm currently
working on that profile)
(edit:
dec. 29th, 2004 -> i still haven't got to those
profiles yet x_X).
Pre-Shinsengumi
Joint Captains:
Serizawa Kamo
-
Serizawa Kamo was
basically the catalyst of the problems that
would change the way the Shinsengumi was
presented as well as their rules. Brash,
rutheless, and cold; the joint commander
wielding the iron fan used his status to get
what he wanted when he wanted it. A frequent
visitor of brothels and bragger of his status to
get things for free, his character is what led
him to his demise when he was assassinated by a
group of unnamed hitokiri (which were suspected
to be Hijikata, Yamanami, Okita, and a few
others).
